Privacy Policy
Last updated:
PomoPal respects your privacy. We build simple tools to help you focus, and we aim to collect as little information as possible.
What we collect
- App diagnostics (optional): Anonymous crash reports and basic performance data if you opt in to share analytics with developers in iOS settings.
- Purchase history: Confirmation that you purchased or subscribed via the Apple App Store; payments are processed by Apple.
- Website analytics (optional): We may use privacy-focused, cookie‑free analytics to understand page usage in aggregate.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- We don’t track you across other apps or websites.
- We don’t store task names or timers on our servers; your data stays on your device unless you explicitly share it.
How we use information
We use diagnostics to find bugs and improve reliability, and aggregate analytics to understand which features help users focus better.
Third‑party services
- Apple App Store for payments, subscriptions, and purchase validation.
- Apple diagnostics for optional crash reports and performance metrics if enabled in iOS.
- Website analytics may be collected in aggregate without cookies; no personal profile is built.
Data retention
We retain only what’s necessary to operate the app and comply with legal obligations. Aggregate analytics may be kept for trend analysis.
Your choices
- You can disable sharing diagnostics with developers in iOS Settings.
- You can request deletion of any contact emails you’ve sent us by writing to support@pomopal.app.
Children
PomoPal is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
